I am not comfortable with unprofessionalism when it comes to a very expensive procedure. After asking for her Supervisor, she put me on hold and checked with the tech (which she should have done in the first place) and THEN said it was ok to book the appt. Instead of this office staffer checking with her techs, she argued that it was their policy.
